This website is operated by Flexminde, a digital studio led by Adnane Amzil in Marrakech, Morocco. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
Using this website
You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not copy substantial parts and publish them as your own, try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server, use it to distribute anything unlawful, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it online and working, but we do not guarantee uptime, and it may change without notice.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and structure of this site belong to Flexminde unless stated otherwise.
Client names, logos and screenshots in the work section remain the property of those businesses. They appear to show work carried out for them, and imply no ownership of their brands. Partner projects are credited to the studio they were delivered with. If you own one of those marks and would like it removed, write to [email protected] and it will be taken down.
Ownership of work produced for a client is set by that project's contract. As a rule, the client owns the deliverables once the work is paid for.
Links to other sites
This site links to live client sites and other external pages. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points to, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

The content here is general information about a studio and its services, written carefully and kept current. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Ask us, and you will get an answer aimed at your circumstances.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexminde is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Project work
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote or a contract. Payment terms, timelines, revisions, ownership and confidentiality are agreed for each project, in writing, before work starts. If anything here and your signed scope disagree, the signed scope applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes are subject to the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
