This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contacts no third-party servers. If you email us or send the contact form, that message is used to answer you and nothing else.
Who we are
Flexminde is a digital studio led by Adnane Amzil in Marrakech, Morocco. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing. That is unusual enough to be worth stating point by point:
- No cookies. None are set, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no privacy-friendly alternative either. Your visit is not counted.
- No third-party requests. Loading a page contacts this domain and nothing else. No remote fonts, embedded video, social widgets or advertising pixels.
- No browser storage. Nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- Fonts served from here. Your browser never tells a font provider that you visited.
That covers visiting. Sending the contact form is different by definition: you are choosing to tell us something, and what happens to it is described under If you get in touch below.
If that ever changes, this page is updated before the change goes live.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like almost all hosting, the server keeps access logs recording an IP address, the page requested, a timestamp and a browser user-agent. They exist for security and troubleshooting, and are held by the host under their own retention policy. We do not use them to build a picture of you.
If you get in touch
When you email us, or send the form on the contact page, we collect your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and whatever you choose to write. It is used to answer you, and if a project goes ahead, to carry out the work. The legal basis is simple: you contacted us, and replying is the point.
The form posts to this domain and nowhere else. There is no form service, no captcha provider and no third-party endpoint between you and the mailbox: the submission is handled on this server and sent on to [email protected] over an authenticated connection to our email provider.
To stop automated abuse, the server counts recent submissions per connection. It stores a one-way hash of the IP address and a timestamp, never the address itself, and discards both within the hour. Your IP address is not included in the message we receive.
Your message is seen by Adnane Amzil and the email provider that carries it. It is kept only as long as it is useful for that enquiry or the work that follows, and then deleted. It is never added to a mailing list, sold, shared with advertisers, or used for automated profiling.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to us holding it at all. Write to [email protected] and you will get a reply. No form, no fee.
If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you these rights and we honour them. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything material, such as adding analytics or a third-party service, will be described rather than slipped in quietly.
