Senior people, no layers in between
Flexminde is a digital studio led by Adnane Amzil from Marrakech, Morocco: a web and graphic designer, SEO specialist and video editor, working in partnership with specialists who have built for large agencies internationally. It builds websites, WordPress and WooCommerce stores, and the search work that makes them findable. There is no account layer, no handover to a junior, and no team meeting you are quietly paying for.

What the studio actually promises
Four commitments, all of them boring, all of them the reason a build still works two years after launch. None of them are about taste.
Senior people, start to finish
The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Nothing gets translated through an account manager, and nothing quietly moves to someone junior once the contract is signed.
HTML and CSS before JavaScript
Every interaction starts with a question: can the browser already do this? Script gets added when it earns its place. This site ships one small piece of it.
Accessibility is part of the build
Keyboard paths, focus states, contrast and semantics get decided while the markup is written. This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and tested with axe-core on every page.
Yours to own, and to leave
Standard tooling, readable code, decisions written down. No proprietary page builder, and nothing engineered to make moving elsewhere somebody else’s decision.
How a partnership this size works
The obvious question about a small studio is capacity. Here is the honest answer, including where the limits are.
Direct, in writing
Scope, decisions and trade-offs go in writing, so nobody is relying on what they remember from a call three weeks ago.
The right partner for each part
Design, build, search and video each go to the partner whose skill it is, with Adnane Amzil leading the project from first call to launch.
Small enough to say no
A small partnership can turn down work that is a poor fit. That is a feature: a bad fit costs us both more than a declined project ever would.
Partnered when it helps
Larger builds run in partnership with other studios. On Hespress, Hesport and Goud.ma the work ran alongside Youniwemi, and it is credited that way everywhere on this site.
Sectors worth writing down
The work is not limited to these. They are called out because their technical constraints repeat often enough to be worth knowing in advance.
Hospitality, Food & Retail
Websites and WooCommerce stores for restaurants, cafés, food retailers and shops. Menus, ordering and product catalogues built for customers arriving hungry, impatient and on a phone.
Media & Publishing
Websites for publishers and editorial teams: article volume, page speed and search visibility. Built with a content structure that stays browsable as the archive grows.
Questions about the studio
The ones people ask before deciding whether a small studio is a risk or the point.
Who actually does the work?
Senior people only. Adnane Amzil leads every project, and each part of it goes to the partner who specialises in it. The partners have worked with large agencies internationally; at Flexminde there is no layer between them and you. When a project needs more hands still, it runs alongside another studio, and that studio gets named.
How big is the team?
Small on purpose: a partnership of senior specialists, not an agency. You are not paying for a sales layer, an account manager or a junior developer learning on your budget. The trade-off is honest: there is a limit to how many projects run at once, so some enquiries get a later start date instead of a worse team.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
The studio is in Marrakech, Morocco, and works with clients remotely. It has not been a problem for clients in France, Oman or Australia. What matters more than the time zone is that you are talking to the people doing the work.
What kind of work do you turn down?
Projects where the brief is to make something look finished rather than be finished. Also anything needing a discipline the partnership does not practise. Recommending someone else costs nothing and saves you a bad engagement.
Can I see how you work before committing?
Yes, and this site is the evidence. It is built the way client work is built: no framework JavaScript, accessibility tested on every page, structured data that matches what is on screen, and a build that stays fast. Every project in the work section is live, so you can open them and judge for yourself.
